President and Founder

Dick Wade’s multifaceted and extensive involvement in commercial real
estate and construction industries has afforded him a vast network of
both personal and professional contacts, which he engages to compliment
all marketing and leasing efforts.  He earned the professional
designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM®), a Master
of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas in Austin. 
He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Michigan and a
licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas.

The Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM®) is recognized for
providing expertise in the disciplines of commercial-investment real
estate.  The CCIM® designation encompasses an elite corp of 4,000
professionals across North America who hold this designation, one of the
most coveted and respected designations in the industry, and one often
referred to as the “Ph. D. of commercial real estate.” 

PAUL MAZUCA

Vice President, Marketing and Development

Paul Mazuca has been involved in marketing and development for more than
20 years.  Through a developed network of retailers, restaurants and
landowners, he is uniquely qualified to locate potential properties for
development.  Having been involved in more than 50 development projects
in the Southwest, his specialty in development lies in the ability to
understand the client’s needs, to locate, to assess and develop
appropriate property.  A native of San Antonio, he attended the
University of Texas at San Antonio with a course study in Business.  He
has played an integral role in the direction and growth the company has
enjoyed during his tenure.
